Okay, I used the word “quotidian” in a poem that ultimately won an award when I was in college. My poetry prof. gave me a B because “people don’t use the word ‘quotidian.'” Bah, I say!

That’s funny! I believe I read the word in one of your posts as well? I was searching for a title, that when typed into Google, had few results show up. Unstuffy Quotidian had about 100,000, the smallest I could find. This is the first time I’ve used the word, never heard of it prior to this. Blah, blah, blah…Cheers
